CCCAC-NB aspires to be the catalyst for a vibrant, prosperous, and fully integrated community. We strive for a society where our contributions are recognized and where every member enjoys a strong sense of belonging.

Overview of our Flagship Projects

Here is an overview of our priority commitments for the coming years:

  • Community Strengthening:  Structurer et to professionalize our 35 member associations in order to create a powerful and effective solidarity network across the province.

  • Cultural Outreach & Memory: Establish major events such as the Africa Day Gala and the Provincial Festival of Afro Cultures to celebrate our heritage and raise public awareness.

  • Leadership & Citizenship: Propelling the participation of youth and women in decision-making bodies and civic life in New Brunswick.

  • Economy and Entrepreneurship: Supporting the financial autonomy of members through mentoring and access to business networks.

  • Health and Well-being: Develop culturally appropriate support programs (mental health, combating isolation) for our seniors and newcomers.

  • World Africa Day Gala: Annual celebration of unity and diversity.

  • Recognition Ceremony: A tribute to the leaders and partners who make the community shine.
